Shipping & Returns Policy
At G.Vega, every single ceramic tile, mural, and house sign is lovingly handcrafted just for you. Because each piece is unique and often custom-made, we have a few guidelines when it comes to shipping, returns, and cancellations.
International Shipping & Delivery
We happily ship our handmade ceramics to customers all over the world!
- Ready-Made Items: Most of our standard, ready-made orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1-2 weeks.
- Larger Custom Orders: Due to our limited studio production and the detailed work involved, larger custom orders may take longer to complete. Please get in touch with us to discuss your timeline!
- Delivery & Tracking: Once your package leaves our studio, transit and delivery time is 3-7 days. We will provide your tracking number as soon as it becomes available so you can follow its journey.
- Duties & Taxes: All international shipments may be subject to local import duties, customs taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are determined by your destination country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Customs Delays: While we ship your items promptly, G.Vega is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by international customs processing.
Custom & Personalized Pieces
- Made Just for You: Because personalized items (like our custom house name and number signs) and bespoke creations (like our custom murals) are made to your exact specifications, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on these orders.
- Double-Check Your Details: Once our hands get to work in the studio, we cannot make changes! Please carefully review all spelling, numbering, and layouts before completing your order.
Standard, Ready-Made Items
- If you purchased a standard, non-personalized item and it isn't quite the right fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and wrapped safely in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping & Costs: As a small studio, we ask that you cover all return shipping costs. Please note that any customs duties or local taxes paid on the original shipment are also non-refundable.
- Safe Delivery: We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return. We can only process your refund once the piece safely makes its way back to our studio, so secure packaging is key!
My Order Arrived Damaged or Incorrect
We carefully pack every parcel to survive the long journey, but ceramics can occasionally have a rough ride. If your piece arrives broken or something isn't right, don't worry—we’ll make it right!
- Send us a note within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at info@gvega.com with your order number.
- Attach a few quick photos of the broken item and the box it came in.
- We will happily craft a replacement or issue a full refund for transit damage or studio mistakes.
